Junior Field Sales Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Appointing new distributors in the market and growing distributors
2. Handling distribution in the territory
3. Growing business in terms of volume, revenue & coverage
4. Handling primary & secondary sales
5. Maintaining relations with distributors & retailers in the territory
6. Maintaining the DSR report
7. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with dealers/distributors/ayurvedic doctors
8. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales
9. Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times
2. Pharma/Marketing degree would be plus
3. Proven sales experience
4. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
7. Effective communication skills
8. Exceptional customer service skills
9. Must have a two-wheeler
10. Open for science/pharma/BBA graduate
11. Willing to work hard and achieve in ayurveda sales
12. Good communication skills
13. Honest and hunger for growth
