Key responsibilities:

1. Seeking out and identifying potential business opportunities by researching and identifying prospective clients
2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
3. Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally via various communication channels such as phone, email, or live chat
3. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and deliver exceptional customer experiences
4. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic planning and positioning
