About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate invoices using ZOHO, send them to clients, follow up on receipt and payment, perform reconciliation, and maintain invoices Excel file
2. Issue credit notes and manage their effects on accounting
3. Update bills, follow up on payments, and reconcile transactions
4. Maintain records of all online and card transactions, ensuring no cash transactions are involved
5. Track stipends of interns, and manage onboarding and exit processes for employees
6. Perform any other tasks as required, should be open to take over any task as well
