Junior Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on petty cash handling as per SOP
2. Receive payment by cash, cheque, and credit cards
3. Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions
4. Work on daily bank deposits adhering to internal control procedures
5. Work on bank reconciliation
6. Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make changes
7. Work on accounting in tally, GST working, and GST returns filing
8. Conduct regular ledger maintenance
9. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
10. Review all inter-company transactions & generate invoices as necessary
11. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team
