IT Support Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Windows, Linux, and Mac desktops & laptops, addressing user-raised issues.
2. Monitor the endpoint dashboard to detect and respond to any security threats from end devices.
3. Perform routine updates on user devices, including security patches, driver updates, and firmware updates.
4. Troubleshoot browser issues and ensure timely updates across all systems.
5. Handle L1 network troubleshooting for both LAN and WLAN issues raised by users.
6. Identify and resolve hardware issues, and coordinate with AMC vendors for repairs if needed.
7. Provide IT support to remote users via phone or remote desktop tools.
8. Maintain IT asset inventory, including allocation and tracking.
9. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and subscription software management.
10. Regularly back up user data and servers.
11. Address email-related issues and collaborate with the server team for resolution.
12. Communicate with external vendors through email and phone for various IT requirements.
13. Manage IT payments in close coordination with the Finance team.
