IT Sales Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
2. Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
3. Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients
4. Demonstrate IT equipment to highlight product benefits
5. Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
6. Provide technical advice after sales
7. Establish sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
8. Track progress toward goals and documents sales performance
9. Become fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
10. Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss the pros and cons of various competing products or services
11. Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
12. Create marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
13. Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
14. Work for technology manufacturers, software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organizations

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or MBA in marketing would be preferred
2. Experience with sales and marketing or basic knowledge of relevant products and sales
3. Strong verbal and written communication in the English language required
4. Interpersonal communication, negotiation, critical thinking, ability to meet goals, ability to work under pressure, high energy level, motivation, ambition, technical skill, and attention to detail
