International Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Find out about export customers or importers via different online platforms
2. Manage data analysis product-wise, country-wise, customer-wise, etc.
3. Use communication skills to interact with customers via professional email, phone calls, and other digital media
4. Work on digital marketing of products for prospects, customers, etc
5. Find out the domestic supplier or manufacturer of the product
6. Manage and monitor all export/import shipments
7. Work on EXIM document processing and complete banking
8. Work on LC opening and tracking of non-fund-based limit for import
9. Work on EBRC closure and LC administration for export
10. Work on all compliances with licenses, banking, DGFT, and customs
11. Handle various INCOTERMS like FOB, ClF, DDP, DDU, demurrage/detention, etc.
12. Build relationships with leading shipping forwarders and shipping lines for preferred rates for the company s export markets
13. Work on updating and communicating with customers on the shipment status, documentation, and payments
14. Liaison for all import/export activities including inland ports, CHA, transporters, banks, marketing, purchase, and plant team
15. Share analysis and escalate key points on export reports
16. Work on timely processing of EXIM bills, month-end provisions, and complete accounting
17. Keep track of all government policies of India and countries we are dealing with for EXIM with respect to FTAS, MEIS, and duty drawbacks
