Arbhu is a young and fast-growing exporter of eco-friendly Indian and artisanal products globally. From procuring products from our manufacturing unit to servicing our global clients on their business strategy, Arbhu operates on cutting-edge technology across various platforms. We act as a digital bridge between Indian artisans and international businesses on a larger scale. As the international sales executive also known as BDE, you are the first touchpoint for our warm marketing-generated leads. Your role is crucial in making our first conversation, qualifying our international leads, and reporting to your team about the lead s requirements. Hence, you are expected to be amazing at communication. This is a target-based job, so you should be passionate to prove yourself.
Key responsibilities:
1. Responding to incoming marketing leads and qualifying them
2. Identifying the needs and requirements of the customers
3. Presenting solutions on our products and services to the leads
4. Booking samples for qualified leads, and nurturing them via various communication channels
5. Documenting the records on our CRM and using the CRM data to create accurate reports for presentation to leads
6. Following up on our leads religiously

Note:
1. Location is Arbhu Enterprises, Koramangala, Bengaluru
2. Timing is an 8-hour shift (6 days a week)
3. We work 24x7 on a rotational shift basis
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 70%
2. Variable component: 30%
