Internal Communication Fresher Job

We are seeking an experienced internal communications specialist to develop and execute strategic communication plans that effectively inform, engage, and inspire our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and a passion for creating impactful messaging that aligns with our company's mission and values.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure company initiatives and news are effectively communicated to employees
2. Write and edit engaging and informative content for a variety of communication channels including email, newsletters, intranet, social media, and video scripts
3. Work closely with department leaders to develop messaging and content that aligns with the company's overall strategy and values
4. Manage and maintain the company's intranet and internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across communication channels
6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
7. Plan and coordinate internal events and other communication-related activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
2. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
3. Experience developing communication plans and strategies
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization
