Inside Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making proactive calls to provided potential leads to generate interest in our CA education offerings
2. Conducting thorough consultations to understand students' unique needs and academic aspirations
3. Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to accommodate student schedules and urgent inquiries

Salary/CTC:

1. Total CTC: 6.8 LPA
2. Fixed CTC: 4.5 LPA (Take-home after deductions: Rs 30,042/month)
3. Variables & incentives: 2.3 LPA

Skills & competencies required:

1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and address their concerns
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions to individual student requirements
3. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of student psychology to drive conversions effectively
4. Possess a go-getter attitude, be process-oriented, and demonstrate a hunger for achieving sales targets
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain composure under pressure
6. Experience in the education sector or familiarity with CA exam preparation would be an advantage
