Inside Sales Executive Job

Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like:
billing, inventory, accounting, reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is sales and marketing. So we are looking for the inside sales executive who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for converting leads into successful deals and closures.
2. Assist in planning and hosting marketing events for business growth.
3. Research and evaluate competitor marketing strategies to improve outreach.
4. Support sales and marketing teams with lead generation and CRM management.
5. Collect customer feedback and explain newly released features.
6. Conduct telesales, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement.
7. Maintain and update data on calls, visits, and sales performance.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
