1. Manage a team and meet sales targets
2. Develop effective sales strategies and implement them successfully
3. Work on aggressively calling up sales prospects from a huge list of prequalified inbound leads that come in every day
4. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and customer-focused mindset
5. Develop knowledge of both the products in and out, and gain a very deep understanding of our business, our customer's business, as well as our competitors' businesses
6. Work on lead generation and account management
Requirements:
1. You should like talking to people. There is no hard selling in this job. Your role is to come across as smart and friendly to merchants so that they can trust you to help them achieve their business goals
2. Consultative selling skills
3. You should be techno-savvy and should be able to figure out your way around technology yourself. If you feel that technology is something that you just 'get', and you are passionate about it - then this role is for you
4. Ability in building and maintaining relationships with customers
5. Relevant qualifications include a strong understanding of the sales process, experience with customer satisfaction, the ability to analyze and interpret sales data, and experience with CRM tools
6. Experience in the technology or software industries is a plus
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
