About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Seek awareness about the company's vision, goals, and plans and align individual thoughts and actions towards the same to get more clinics to derive value from our products
2. Work on new sales generation
3. Ensure that all the leads assigned to individuals get called within a given TAT
4. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
5. Ensure that all the leads assigned to individuals have had their pipelines built, and then sold by proper follow-up
6. Ensure that a maximum % of leads are provided product demo
7. Ensure that a maximum conversion % is achieved from qualified leads to paid accounts
8. Find out more innovative ways to help customers to realize the potential value that Practo offers and constitutionalism the same
9. Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals
10. Chase and exceed the efficiency benchmarks in terms of effective calls per day, effective conversions from qualified leads, and effective revenues per conversion
11. Provide suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies
12. Process compliance on the below is to be maintained
13. Ensure that every interaction detail, with plans for the next interaction, is entered promptly in the daily reporting tool - with no backlog at the end of each day
14. Track and keep a close watch on pending payments from his/her customers, and ensure collection & deposit of the same promptly into Practo's bank account
15. Ensure the highest standards with respect to discipline (report entries, daily huddle & review participation, etc.), integrity (no false' promises to customers, no false' calls, no false sales, no false order generations, etc.), and commitment (high and intense effort levels)

Skills & Requirements:

1. Sales and telecalling skills
2. Ability to understand the pulse of the potential customer and driving closures
3. Negotiation skills
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
5. Being tech-savvy is a plus

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 22,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%

2. Other incentives: 25%
