Inside Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media
2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification
3. Develop a deep understanding of PingBix products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
4. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure alignment on messaging and goals
5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up
6. Utilize sales tools such as CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage pipeline and track progress towards goals
7. Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
8. Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and progress towards goals to management and other stakeholders
