4. Executing email backups and ensuring data security.
5. Experience with migrating data from one drive to another.
6. Troubleshooting barcode scanner and printer issues.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and OneDrive for business needs.
8. Basic troubleshooting of PCs, monitors, and routers.
