Import-Export Executive Fresher Job

An import-export executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods between countries, ensuring that products are shipped and received on time and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the shipment and delivery of products to and from various international locations, ensuring that all shipments are on time and meet the requirements of the destination country
2. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods
3. Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and insurance certificates
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and trade agreements, and keep up-to-date with any changes that may impact the import-export process
5. Manage and maintain records of all import-export transactions, including tracking shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing reports on the status of shipments
6. Work closely with other departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that all import-export activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
7. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the import-export process, including customs delays, shipping problems, and product quality issues
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations to management on ways to improve the import-export process and reduce costs

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
2. Experience working in the import-export industry, with knowledge of customs regulations, trade agreements, and international shipping procedures
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the import-export process
