About the job

Key responsibilities:

1) Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
2) Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
3) Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future openings and proactively identify opportunities for talent acquisition.
4) Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
5) Administer skills tests, personality assessments, and other evaluations as needed to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
6) Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history and qualifications.
7) Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
8) Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
9) Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
10) Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, and provide regular reports to management.

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Proven experience (0 to 1 year) as a Recruiter or similar role preferably from a Recruitment industry

Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and current industry trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using recruitment software and all job portals

Ability to work effectively in a fast paces and dynamic environment

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
