We are seeking a technical recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to fill critical roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to attract top technical talent.
2. Source and screen candidates: Search for qualified candidates using various tools and techniques, and conduct initial screenings to assess their technical skills and fit for the role.
3. Build relationships with HR manager: Collaborate with HR manager to understand the hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure that candidates meet their requirements.
4. Manage the interview process: Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure that the interview process is efficient and effective.
5. Negotiate offers and close deals: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure that candidates accept the offer.
6. Maintain accurate records and metrics: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Research and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our recruitment strategies are effective and innovative.

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field: A degree in a related field is required, but equivalent experience may be considered.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including hiring managers, engineers, and candidates.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,80,000 /year
