Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
2. Listening to the requirements of recruiting companies properly
3. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
5. Conducting interviews
6. Shortlisting the candidates
7. Scheduling interviews with recruiting companies
8. Following up with the candidate and company
9. Negotiating with the candidate and/or company if required
10. Maintaining the candidate data

Skills & Requirements:

1. We need candidates having relevant HR experience or graduation/post-graduation in the HR domain
