5. Support performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
6. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
7. Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Word and Excel, to create and maintain HR documents and spreadsheets.
