6. Follow up on current orders & shipments.
7. Follow up all payment transaction related to sample, production, and shipments.
8. Create new Marketing strategies for business development.
9. Ready require documents related to delivery & Production.
10. Hire suitable/skills employees as per requirements and build a team
11. Explain them (Employees) Job roles and responsibilities.
12. Follow up their(employees) works day by day and weekly report.
13. Maintain and follow up CRM software.
14. Employees attendance sheet ready.
15. Employees Salary sheet/cheque ready.
16. Followup projects & Account softwares.
17. Coordinate with employees to give them notification about holidays, wish birthday, leaves, etc.
18. Coordinate with fairs, events, conference, council, etc.
