We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our company as an 'HR Executive'. This role will require you to provide comprehensive support in various human resources functions, playing a crucial role in managing daily HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
2. Assist in posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help facilitate employee orientation and training programs.
5. Support the performance management process by maintaining records and assisting with evaluations.
6. Assist with benefits administration and employee relations activities.
7. Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
9. Handle incoming and outgoing HR communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
10. Prepare and distribute internal HR communications and company-wide announcements.
11. Assist with the preparation and coordination of HR meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
12. Manage HR office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and maintained.
