Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the architectural firm.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a good fit with the firm's culture and values.
3. Oversee on boarding processes to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the team.
4. Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR issues, policies, and regulations.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by developing culture-building programs and team-building activities.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
