1. Previous experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the sales or photography industry
2. Solid understanding of sales roles and responsibilities with the ability to assess candidates' sales skills and potential
3. Familiarity with various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
6. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates within tight timelines
7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
