Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment for assigned states within defined TATs
2. Work on profiles of the support team like compliance, FCU, technical, OPS, sales, and credit for every region.
3. Work on the execution of reference checks of all potentials, salary negotiation, and issuance of offer letters.
4. Hire through social media LinkedIn and Facebook
5. Tie up with manpower consultants from assigned zone - 3 active vendors from each zone
6. Maintain monthly tracker for hiring through various channels: Naukri/internal referral/manpower consultants/LinkedIn/Facebook/self-sourcing
7. Work on daily/weekly updation and sharing of gap MIS for assigned zones
8. Work on the daily updation of new joiners to the seniors
9. Provide intimation to all stakeholders (HR operations, IT - desktop/laptop & mobile sim arrangement/admin and line managers) in advance regarding all new joiners for smooth onboarding
10. Participate in job fairs/campus interviews
11. Engage in talent attraction activities
12. Maintain networking with firms into organizing job fairs and placement officers of colleges
13. Forward details to FCU for background verification before joining
14. Check CIBIL score before joining
15. Work on onboarding, and bank account opening for the assigned zone
16. Work on education background verification
17. Maintain vendor MIS

Requirements:

1. Candidates who have either passed or pursuing MBA
