We are looking for an experienced human resources executive to join the Saroj Education Group and ensure the smooth operation of our group's HR department. You should be an excellent communicator, have a proven record of successful experience, and be proficient in English (spoken and written), MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Leading and managing our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with regulations
2. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective management of our workforce
3. Identifying and communicating employee needs and opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations
4. Managing employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
5. Providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters
6. Developing and executing plans to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
7. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
8. Tracking and analyzing HR data and providing reports to senior leadership

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
