About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing applicants through job boards and LinkedIn and other professional networks
2. Compiling lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references with respect to JD shared and line them up for interviews.
3. Building a strong candidate pipeline with respect to the JD given and coordinating with AM-HR
4. Maintaining MIS records for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
5. Keeping exploring new cost-effective sourcing and hiring channels
6. Conducting campus recruitments as and when required
7. Evaluating sourced candidates as per the requirement of the job role
8. Understanding the JD and taking the first round of HR interviews should be able to assess the candidate's fit for the role
9. Facilitating tests of shortlisted candidates
10. Arranging and conducting interviews and ensuring proper documentation of interview/screening feedback
11. Negotiating salary expectations with the selected candidate to ensure it fits into the internal budget
12. Staying connected with candidates between offers and joining to prevent dropouts
13. Ensuring good new hire experience
14. Exploring new and cost-effective candidate sourcing channels
15. Working in close coordination with recruitment agencies and with AM HR
16. Updating Position trackers, MPR tracker, and candidate folder
17. Preparing and sharing recruitment-related reports monthly/ad hoc basis

2. Should be willing to work in the hybrid working environment
3. Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
4. Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
5. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field
6. Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
7. Good command over excels functions
8. 6 months -1 year of experience in managing talent acquisition through various cost-effective channels
