We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
2. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
3. Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
4. Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HR system.
6. Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
