As a human resources associate at King Stubb & Kasiva, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various functions. You will need to have a strong understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) along with excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, and MS Word, is also required.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Support in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities to boost morale and team cohesion
4. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
5. Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as preparing HR reports, letters, and presentations
6. Support in training and development programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
