About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
2. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
3. End-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals or any other sources
4. Maintaining department records and reports
5. Participating in administrative staff meetings.
6. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
7. Be well versed in statutory compliance filing work like ESI, EPF, TDS, etc.

4. Good organizational and time management skills

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Institutions

7. In-depth knowledge of Statutory and HR best practices

8. PG in Human Resources or related field (preferably MBA, MSW)

9. Proficient in MS OFFICE and other related software
