Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying manpower requirements, and taking them up to the HR head for approval
2. Creating job descriptions for required manpower
3. Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
4. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process
5. Handling the orientation of new employees
6. Maintaining records, attendance, and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required
7. Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees
8. Handling employee grievances, if any, and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations
9. Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization

Requirement:

1. Education: MBA HR with 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
2. Good communication and writing skills
