Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and sending offer letters
Maintain accurate personnel records including contracts and performance evaluations
Provide support for employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and policies
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide HR support to employees and management, including answering questions and conducting research on HR-related topics.
