As the HR associate, you will be the go-to person to assist with the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should have a good command of MS Office, including MS Excel and Word. You must have a good command of English proficiency (spoken and written).
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain a comprehensive database of employee and HR-related data
2. Create and update job postings and job descriptions
3. Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
4. Develop and implement employee-related policies and processes
5. Process payroll and other employee benefits
6. Handle various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, archiving, and courier services
7. Assist with performance management and employee relations activities
8. Assist with HR-related projects as required
