About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the intern hiring cycle from onboarding to exiting
2. Draft various job descriptions according to the foundation's requirements
3. Manage HR admin tasks, like employee database, donor retention cycle, etc.
4. Work using hiring platforms LinkedIn, Hirect, Apna, etc.
5. Coordinate with college placement cells to recruit employees and interns
6. Organize & conduct training workshops for new employees and interns
7. Respond and manage the employee and donor queries

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
