Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screening & recruitment - technical interview
2. End-to-end training program coordination
3. Create a strategy & action plan and implement it for successful client relationships
4. Manage social media and content development
5. Develop business and digital media marketing management
6. Manage database & reports
7. Take accountability for our operations - recruitment process & team and successfully source, screen, coordinate, onboard and relieve trainers for the training programs of the month which will lead to achieving the revenue targets
8. Contribute to the growth strategy by prioritizing the most important & urgent tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve the overall goals of the organization
