Human Resources Executive - Recruiting & Finance Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
2. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
3. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
4. Monitor the HR department s budget
5. Manage employees grievances
6. Create and run referral bonus programs
7. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
8. Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

1. Looking for someone with experience between 1-2 years
2. Can join immediately from the office in Bangalore
3. Have past experience in recruiting and finance
