1. Creating an environment of open communication

3. Helping make the payroll of the company
4. Organizing important events of the organization
5. Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company
6. Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees
7. Overseeing the termination process of an employee
8. Counseling employees who are stressed
9. Working with departmental heads during appraisals
10. Introducing employee wellness programs
11. Creating company policies based on best practices
12. Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates

Who can apply:

1. Hands-on experience in tools like Freshteam, Angel List, IIM Jobs, CRM, etc.
2. Hands-on experience in social networks like LinkedIn, Instagram
3. Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices
