Role - HR consultant
Experience: 2 3 years
HR sub domain: Compensation and Benefits
Salary: 4.0 5.0 LPA
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days work form office)
Joining: As soon as possible


Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:
Providing administrative support for HR-related processes performance review coordination, goal setting and annual appraisals.
Drafting HR documents, such as employee increment letters, promotion letters etc.

Record Keeping:
Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) or other databases.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Maintaining strict confidentiality with all sensitive HR information.

Project Assistance:
Participating in HR-related projects, such as implementing new modules in the HRIS.
Providing support in various HR initiatives aimed at improving HR processes.

Key Competencies
* Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels within the organization.

Teamwork: Willingness to support the team and contribute to shared goals
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
