About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify workforce requirements through stakeholders and managers and align them with the talent acquisition plan, while exploring different avenues for sourcing the right talent
2. Manage onboarding and workforce management across multiple levels
3. Partner with managers to implement processes and policies for smooth unit operations by providing HR solutions
4. Maintain strong connections and regular touchpoints with all employees from onboarding to exit in assigned business groups
5. Track workforce productivity quarterly and prepare corresponding reports
6. Analyze and resolve front-line attrition by conducting attrition analysis and implementing corrective actions
7. Address employee grievances through personal observations or employee-initiated issues, ensuring fair resolution with all stakeholders
8. Ensure proactive employee communication regarding processes and policies
9. Conduct and analyze exit interviews, and derive insights from exit data
10. Manage and track all HR data through HRIS

Other requirements

1. 0-1 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR management, or HR business partner role

2. Proven experience in coaching and consulting senior leaders within an organization

3. Strong skills in employee relations, change management, recruiting/talent management, and team development

4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and strong communication skills

5. Demonstrated change management capability, integrity, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
