About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to carry out the recruitment process, post a job description, shortlist candidates, and carry out interviews in a structured approach as set forth in the company policies
2. Work on the HR policy for organizations like a handbook, and other associated policy documents
3. Track & monitor the work of employees/interns at the organization under the guidance of higher authority
4. Work to set objectives, carry out HR activities on day to day basis, and track work progress
5. Carry out presentations & brief the team about the work ethics, policies, etc.
6. Monitor & manage key performance metrics set by the company to monitor the performance of interns and employees
7. Work on time management
8. Monitor internal HR systems and database
9. Work to address employee's, and interns' queries upon discussion with the management team
10. Assist with interacting with externals on work assignments
11. Manage alternative assignments based on the requirement of the company
12. Carry out background verification of potential employees along with the team

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 30%
