1. Experience in retail/FMCG/grocery industry/HR.
2. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
3. Should be good in sales coordination & team management.
4. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5. 4+ years of experience in human resources along with a focus on modern trade/retail industry.
6. Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and regulations.
7. Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and making good judgment.
12. Experience in the modern trade or retail industry is a plus.
13. Should be good in handling performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
