About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment activities starting from job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management, and onboarding for the assigned hiring requisition alongside ensuring best-in-class candidate
2. Handle stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes, which include talent branding, sourcing strategies, and overall recruitment-related responsibilities
3. Understand business, hiring leaders' needs, and delivering value by crafting the right solutions
4. Execute sourcing strategy and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source top talent through social media, job boards, internet sourcing, an employee referral program & internal job posts
5. Build a proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions
6. Provide recruitment support for senior-level roles
7. Provide guidance to hiring leaders regarding available skills/talent in the market/competition and salary offers
8. Use job portals like Naukri/Shine/Monster and others effectively to get the best return on investments

1. You should be absolutely passionate about your job
2. You should be a peoples person and love talking to people
3. You should have excellent reading and listening skills
4. You should be interested in the voice process as most of the day goes on calls
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
6. You should have an understanding of the payroll structure
7. You should have outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
8. Should be a multitasker and open to learn

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%
