HR Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end process of recruitment (both technical & non-technical)
2. Interact with potential candidates using various job portals and professional networks
3. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
4. Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
5. Interview applicants - via virtual platforms and conduct on-site interviews.
6. Contribute toward other HR and engagement activities monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
7. Work on joining formalities and exit formalities
8. Assist the corporate HR manager in the day-to-day activities
