HR/Operation Associare Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Organise high-volume photography shoots for a range of products
2. Plan, organize, and manage photography shoots on short notice
3. Hire and manage photographers and stylists
4. Manage the mood board and storyboarding team
5. Effectively schedule internal and external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time/budget
6. Set up and strictly enforce style guidelines and image quality
7. Carefully monitor workflow to ensure good communication and high efficiency
8. Implement a disciplined, cost-effective photography process and oversee a system of house keeping, filing and archiving of projects
9. Manage all project-related documentation including samples, briefing, request sheets and sign off
10. Book key shoots and projects to team calendars so there is an awareness of project activity
11. Liaise with all internal departments (buying offices, online, content and marketing)
12. Manage and motivate a team

Requirements:

1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Critical eye and knowledge of fashion photography
3. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
