Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all verticals in the organization
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of top talent
3. Provide the necessary support for payroll administration
4. Maintain compensation scale and administer benefits program as per industry standards
5. Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, policies, systems, and procedures across the organization
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
7. Develop and administer policies, programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
