1. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
2. Determine selection criteria and frame JD for the roles
3. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites providing organization information, opportunities, benefits, making presentations, and maintaining rapport
4. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
5. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
6. Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
7. Work on offer release & salary discussion
8. Work on induction & joining formalities
9. Work on employee relations and plan and implement employee engagement activities in consultation with the HR manager
10. Work on policy implementation and work towards building a positive work environment
11. Work on grievance handling and resolution conduct of all HR connect programs with the employees
12. Handle all exit formalities including the conduct of exit interviews and full and final settlement
13. Support the HR manager in the implementation of the quarterly performance review process
14. Monitor the timelines and work with operations leaders to ensure that the process is completed as per the timelines
15. Validate the performance ratings in case of any disagreement between the employee and his/her manager
Requirements:
