Hotel Reservation Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Receive and process hotel reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and in-person inquiries
2. Utilize the hotel's reservation system to input and update guest information, room preferences, and special requests accurately
3. Monitor room availability, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
4. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel services
5. Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and special requirements
6. Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
7. Promote hotel facilities, services, and special packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
8. Identify opportunities for upselling room upgrades, additional services, and amenities to guests during the reservation process
9. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions in the hotel's reservation system
10. Prepare daily reports on room availability, occupancy rates, and reservation statistics for management review
11. Process billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently, following hotel procedures and protocols

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any graduate
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
3. Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
6. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
