Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth business operations at the spa center Should be able to maintain high standards of ethics.
Increase guest engagement
2. Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve budgets
3. Guest servicing and escalation handling
4. Ensure brand guidelines are followed
5. Execute in-store relevant marketing & activation tools
6. Maintain service quality standards at all times while implementation of brand SOP s
7. Making daily & month MIS reports as per systems & software provided
