Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Hindi Medium K10 & K12 tutors located in Ranchi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing personalized and interactive lessons to students in the subjects of English, mathematics, physics, biology, and social science.
2. Preparing lesson plans
3. Delivering engaging and effective online sessions
4. Assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge and expertise in English, mathematics, physics, biology, and social science
2. Experience in teaching or tutoring K10 & K12 students in Hindi-medium students with terms and terminology
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment
5. Flexibility and adaptability in delivering personalized lessons
Requirements
1. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
2. Pro-efficiency in Hindi-medium teaching.
3. Teaching students online through a voice-enabled platform is a plus
4. Review sessions and provide feedback as per the set standards
5. Working hours: 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. with a six-day workweek
6. Relevant experience with Jharkhand, Bihar, or UP boards with similar TG
