Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting prospect clients on the phone and in person for membership sales (range Rs. 9000 to Rs. 20000)
2. Managing member relations - table reservations, room reservations, large groups, etc.
3. Managing leads and followup on all guest/prospect data

Requirements:

1. Preference is given to candidates who are well-presented and be able to communicate well in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (in that order)
2. Candidates who can work in shifts from 9 to 6 or 12 to 9 pm
3. Females are preferred

Additional information: This job is at a five-star hotel in Vadodara. Candidates will be representing the membership of the hotel. We provide training for inbound and outbound calls and member handling. Candidates who have a flair to sell normally do better. Additional incentives of up to Rs. 10000 per month over regular salary can be made. We provide lunch/tea/coffee at the staff cafeteria of the hotel.
